Condor Mini GS Splitting Axe German Style

Condor Tool & Knife traces its roots back to 1787, the year GEBR Weyesbery Company was founded in Solingen, Germany.

In 1964 the company opened a plant in El Salvador filling it with state of the art German machinery. Today the plant is still producing finest quality knives, axes, shovels and hand tools.

In 2004 the plant developed a line of tools and knives for the North American and European outdoor market and Condor Tool & knife was born.  

AXE HEADS are made from 1060 High Carbon Steel, heat treated and annealed to 40-45 HRC. The wood used to produce the American Hickory handle is selected for proper grain orientation and specially assemble for maximum comfort and durability. Each axe comes with a high quality, heavy duty, hand crafted leather sheath.
